We understand emergencies happen, however, if an appointment needs to be cancelled please give 24 hrs notice or 48 hrs for 2 hr appointments. If cancelled in less time, we charge a 50% cancellation fee to the card on file. No Shows will be charged 100% and be required to pay a deposit if wanting to return.
